  Worst company ever, ordered a part on the 8 June 2017 it was not listed as out of stock on the website, i waited till just past supposed delivery date and then called to chase up, then i'm told it was out of stock but would be in the following week, fast forward now to the 3rd July I've called again told it would be in end of the week, still nothing, i called back on the 8 June, after about half hours worth of attempts (be warned again they don't like answering the phone) and told still not in I'm now going to get a refund i'll post again and let you know how smoothly that goes, (luckily i paid by credit card so protected under consumer rights law), but fully expecting they will drag their heels and i'll have to claim through credit card. So if you want long waiting times for parts with zero communication from them, long wait times on the phone, and lots of stress then this is the company for you, but it's not for me so i'll be going elsewhere.

  Wonderful to have such helpful people around when you get stuck. they talk you through the whole scenario from purchase to completion. Well done, I would not have any hesitation in recommending this firm.

  As part of my job I have to service many Tilt and slide Doors in the London area. Many of the suppliers I deal with tend to drag their heels which can be frustrating for myself and for many of my customers who have to wait for those parts. But more recently I have been dealing with this company and in particular with staff member Marc who gives me all the information that I need and always gets back with any queries I may have in a timely and professional manner. My parts are now dispatched regularly without the hassle of having to constantly chase up. A breath of fresh air in this industry. Cheers guys.
